"I had just about given up hope of getting another Harley, but the sales and financing staff at Riders Harley were fantastic. They were very helpful, courteous and interested in what I wanted in a motorcycle, rather than trying to get me to buy another one. the staff with whom I work were a joy. "We stopped at this exit while on bike trip to Smokey's and BRP. Another biker asked if we know where the HD dealership was located as he said they have great service and parts. It rained all week and we came home early. We stopped at Riders on the way home to buy my wife some dry boots. My wife got new boots and I got a new 2010 Ultra Limited. Pat O'Bryant was absolutely super and the whole dealership worked to get us on the road. After we got home, the DRs found a tumor on my wife's kidney. All is well now. I called Pat a couple of days before Christmas to locate a lost headset cord and told him of our issue. Pat and the folks at Riders' sent me the cord and wonderful card full of prayers and good wishes the next day. If you are looking for a great dealership with good people that offer outstanding selection, parts, service and price, look no further than Riders Harley Davidson. I know I'm going back."

"This is a first class dealership. I had a primary bearing making noise on my wideglide,so I carried it to Riders. I was told to talk to Robby the service manager. They called me two days later to tell me it was fixed. The mechanic named Dan brought me the old bearing and showed me what had went wrong. These guys are great. "I'm late submitting this note. I am on my second HD. Both of which I purchased from Riders. The current is an 08 Electra Glide Ultra Classic. Two weeks after I got this I and my lady were involved in a terrible accident. A car pulled out in front of us; and in a slit second decision I chose the ditch. Before I had much memory of what happened, Riders had my bike, repair order written up, and parts on order. I thank the staff of Riders, my salesman Roger K, for their outpouring of support and compassion during our recovery. We're fixed up good as new now! It's not often you find a professionally run business these days. Luckily for all of us, Riders HD is! P.S. Everytime I go to Riders I pass a certian other store on the way."

"Forks locked up on me on a Sunday while at the Shell Station walking distance from Rider's but 200 miles from home. Called Mike...they come got the bike going took it to the shop found out it was a recall item. Installed the recall kit. I was on the road in bout an hour and a half no charge due to recall item. Very happy...made it home maybe 30 minutes later than planned. Thanks to Mike and Rider's my 1000 mile weekend ride was great and uninterrupted."

"When it came time to buy a new bike it was not a harley davidson. I went to the other dealer four times to look at their cycles. After visting the dealership for the forth time without a sales person even saying hello to me I got mad. I drove to riders hd. I had just walked in an was met buy rodger. We looked over the bike I liked. Rodger answered all of the hundred questions I had. I wanted a few extras added to the bike that was all handled by rodger. "I live in Sarasota Florida, and found a H.D. Jacket that I loved, however, there were none in my size. The store here did not even go into their data base to see if any stores still had it in stock. After I made a few phone calls I was given a list of dealers that had the jacket in stock. Alabama was first on the list, so I started there. I spoke to Casandra, she went "Above and beyond", she called around others states for me and found the jacket! She contacted me to let me know she found one, then said she would call me again when she received it. Within 24 hours, Casandra called back, got my billing and mailing information and let me know she would be shipping it out the next morning! I can honestly say, of all the dealers I have been to, Casandra was the most helpful and pleasant sales associtate I that has ever assisted me! Thank you Casandra, in addition to this e-mail, I will be writting a letter to your manager!"

"My wife, Patty, and I both purchased our scooters thru Ralph at Rider's. She has an 06 Heritage Softail Classic and I have an 05 Ultra Classic. The entire staff treats us like family and is very professional. We visit other dealerships to check the iventory but prefer Rider's over the rest. The drive from Huntsville to Trussville to have our scooters serviced is worth every penney. Robby and Todd are very knowledgeable and helpful in the service department. Denise, Motorlothes Associate, has been a true friend over the last year. She even helped us in our seection and purchase of HD wedding rings. "Last Summer while heading up to the BlueRidge Parkway, our bike just kept dying for no apparent reason. Stuck on the Freeway in insufferable heat with no shade in site, a local biker stopped to help. To our amazement, he informed us that there was a Harley shop open on Sundays. He telephoned for us and in no time Mad Dog shows up to the rescue pulling a trailer and offering us nice cold water. "

" I purchased a 2005 Sportster XL Custom, Jack Frost was my salesperson and he was knowledgeable and very courteous. He took the time to explain the dangers, the excitment and the pure joy of owning and riding a Harley Davidson. Of course, his job is to sell, but he was above board about all of the aspect of riding a motorcycle and he made recommedations about safe cycling and encouraged me to take the Beginners Riders Course, and I did. This bit of info was greatly appreciated. In addition to your sales staff, I dealt with Eric in parts and Robby and Todd in Service which all were very knowledgeable and courtous. As a first time Harley owner I was new to the game and needed lots of advice and guidance in which I received. You have a winning combination. Keep it up and you will always be a winner! "
