"I bought a 2006 road king classic with a twin cam 88 engine in it from a dealership in Tennessee with a 2 year extended warranty protection plan . 10 months later a bearing seized up in the lower end. I took it to a dealership near me for repairs only to go get it from them 3 weeks later because they had not started work on it. I took it to riders. After talking with Authur on the phone, I took it to riders. They started working on it the day I delivered it and kept me informed of everything going on all during the service. After talking with Danny about options, I had a re-manufactured engine installed under the warranty and the screaming eagle 95 inch upgrade installed on the engine. It's been over 1,000 miles since I picked it up and I am so pleased and happy with the rebuild by Danny. The engine is perfect. My compliments to the entire service staff and especially to Danny the master tech who did the repairs. Rider's is the best dealership I have come across anywhere. I have been riding Harley-Davidsons for over 40 years and have dealt with hundreds of different dealers across the U.S.. I have found none better than Rider's"

"On Oct3,2011 me and my wife was traveling to Gadsden on our 2002 Ultra Classic. The engine light came on and my volt guage dropped to 10. I pulled in to Riders Harley shop.I talked to Arthur and the service dept got right on my bike and checked it out. The stater had went out. They fixed my bike while I was waiting. All the staff was super nice to me and my wife. I really appreciate everything they did and highly recommend Riders Harley Davidson for any service or sales. "I recently purchased a 2010 FLHTK from riders. After dealing with my local dealership on the purchase of my first bike I decided not to even call them. I talked to Butch on the phone after calling several other dealers in the area. He began working with me to help me find the bike I wanted. Buttch and the rest of the peole I dealt with were great. They handled all the needed paperwork for trading in my nike including dealing with my credit union personally. "We stopped at this exit while on bike trip to Smokey's and BRP. Another biker asked if we know where the HD dealership was located as he said they have great service and parts. It rained all week and we came home early. We stopped at Riders on the way home to buy my wife some dry boots. My wife got new boots and I got a new 2010 Ultra Limited. Pat O'Bryant was absolutely super and the whole dealership worked to get us on the road. After we got home, the DRs found a tumor on my wife's kidney. All is well now. I called Pat a couple of days before Christmas to locate a lost headset cord and told him of our issue. Pat and the folks at Riders' sent me the cord and wonderful card full of prayers and good wishes the next day. "I'm late submitting this note. I am on my second HD. Both of which I purchased from Riders. The current is an 08 Electra Glide Ultra Classic. Two weeks after I got this I and my lady were involved in a terrible accident. A car pulled out in front of us; and in a slit second decision I chose the ditch. Before I had much memory of what happened, Riders had my bike, repair order written up, and parts on order. I thank the staff of Riders, my salesman Roger K, for their outpouring of support and compassion during our recovery. We're fixed up good as new now! "Forks locked up on me on a Sunday while at the Shell Station walking distance from Rider's but 200 miles from home. Called Mike...they come got the bike going took it to the shop found out it was a recall item. Installed the recall kit. I was on the road in bout an hour and a half no charge due to recall item. "I live in Sarasota Florida, and found a H.D. Jacket that I loved, however, there were none in my size. The store here did not even go into their data base to see if any stores still had it in stock. After I made a few phone calls I was given a list of dealers that had the jacket in stock. Alabama was first on the list, so I started there. I spoke to Casandra, she went "Above and beyond", she called around others states for me and found the jacket! She contacted me to let me know she found one, then said she would call me again when she received it. Within 24 hours, Casandra called back, got my billing and mailing information and let me know she would be shipping it out the next morning! I can honestly say, of all the dealers I have been to, Casandra was the most helpful and pleasant sales associtate I that has ever assisted me! "I will honestly have to say that this is no doubt, the best H-D dealership I have ever visited. I cannot count the number of dealerships that I have visited and this is the first one that when I walked into the door I was greeted by a smiling face and a handshake. The gentleman that I spoke with was a sales person by the name of Ralph. He was very polite and very helpful, he walked me through the dealership telling me about every aspect of this dealership, NOW, that's customer service. I was so impressed with this experience that I will make the 300 mile one way trip to buy from this dealership. "I have always been an avid Harley fan. I am now riding my 5th HD. I've owned 1 used and 4 new Harleys. I bought all 4 new ones from Tim at Riders. That should tell you something about this dealership and Tim Peek in particular. Tim, Mad Dog, and the entire staff at Riders make you feel like family as well as a valued customer. Tim always takes the time to make me feel at home and if I can't find a particular accessory I want, Mad Dog will get it for me. The service department has always delivered first class service also.
