"When it came time to buy a new bike it was not a harley davidson. I went to the other dealer four times to look at their cycles. After visting the dealership for the forth time without a sales person even saying hello to me I got mad. I drove to riders hd. I had just walked in an was met buy rodger. We looked over the bike I liked. Rodger answered all of the hundred questions I had. I wanted a few extras added to the bike that was all handled by rodger. Everyone at riders made me and my wife fill very welcome. So thanks to rodger and all the great people at riders we now own our first h.d. Were glad now that the other dealers sales people did not help us. "

"I live in Sarasota Florida, and found a H.D. Jacket that I loved, however, there were none in my size. The store here did not even go into their data base to see if any stores still had it in stock. After I made a few phone calls I was given a list of dealers that had the jacket in stock. Alabama was first on the list, so I started there. I spoke to Casandra, she went "Above and beyond", she called around others states for me and found the jacket! She contacted me to let me know she found one, then said she would call me again when she received it. Within 24 hours, Casandra called back, got my billing and mailing information and let me know she would be shipping it out the next morning! I can honestly say, of all the dealers I have been to, Casandra was the most helpful and pleasant sales associtate I that has ever assisted me! Thank you Casandra, in addition to this e-mail, I will be writting a letter to your manager!"

"Riders HD is a breath of fresh air in a continuing downward spiral of poor or no customer service. "After riding BMW's for several years,I got tired of all the snobbery at Alabama's only BMW dealer,so I decided to buy a HD. "My wife, Patty, and I both purchased our scooters thru Ralph at Rider's. She has an 06 Heritage Softail Classic and I have an 05 Ultra Classic. The entire staff treats us like family and is very professional. We visit other dealerships to check the iventory but prefer Rider's over the rest. The drive from Huntsville to Trussville to have our scooters serviced is worth every penney. Robby and Todd are very knowledgeable and helpful in the service department. "Last Summer while heading up to the BlueRidge Parkway, our bike just kept dying for no apparent reason. Stuck on the Freeway in insufferable heat with no shade in site, a local biker stopped to help. To our amazement, he informed us that there was a Harley shop open on Sundays. He telephoned for us and in no time Mad Dog shows up to the rescue pulling a trailer and offering us nice cold water. "
